Workshop "What do we know and do not know about drugs?"

We invite you to the workshop "What do we know and do not know about drugs?", Which is organized by the PharmAround Foundation as part of the Brno Days for Seniors. The event will take place on 25 September 2018 and 23 October 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the New Town Hall in Brno.

Come with us on a trip to the world of medicines, which will be guided by PharmDr. Šárka Kozáková, MBA from the Masaryk Institute of Oncology . In the first part of the meeting, you will learn what drugs are and what side effects they can have, what drug interactions are, and that these interactions are not only between drugs, but also with combinations of drugs with over-the-counter supplements, teas or other products. We will show you how the tablets disintegrate and why some should not be halved or crushed. In the second part, you can ask what you are directly interested in about drugs, so please prepare your questions. The PharmAround Endowment Fund deals with everything related to the life cycle of medicines, so we would like to contribute to their safer use. Are you going on a trip with us?
