8th National Meeting of Study Nurses and Clinical Trial Coordinators 2025

We would like to invite you to the 8th national meeting of study nurses and clinical trial coordinators, organized by the Masaryk Institute of Oncology in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, the CZECRIN research infrastructure and the PharmAround Foundation.

The two-day conference will take place on September 8–9, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno. It is primarily intended for study nurses and study coordinators from various types of healthcare facilities. A limited number of spots are reserved for representatives of sponsors, particularly monitors from pharmaceutical companies and CROs.

Registration is open until June 30, 2025, or until capacity is reached.

Free of charge – Active participation

Study coordinators, study nurses, and other healthcare professionals – 3,900 CZK – Passive participation

Representatives of pharmaceutical companies and CROs – 9,000 CZK –

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before Monday, July 14, 2025 – 0% fee (full refund)

• Cancellation before Monday, August 11, 2025 – 50% fee (50% refund)

• After this date – 100% cancellation fee

What’s Included in the Registration Fee?

The registration fee covers participation on both conference days, access to the Social Evening of the Pharmaround Foundation, conference materials, and refreshments throughout the event. Accommodation is not included.

Invoice and Payment Information

Upon submitting the registration form, a proforma invoice will be sent within two weeks. If you do not receive the invoice within 14 days, please check your spam folder. If the invoice is not there, contact us at fakturace@pharmaround.cz.

For payments made from a company account, please include the names of the registered participants in the payment note. The invoice will be issued and sent only after payment is received.

Registration is confirmed only after the registration fee has been paid.
